Suncorp Investment Management Chooses DSTi's HiRisk Solution
Suncorp Investment Management has integrated DST International's risk management solution, HiRisk, into its Australian operations. The solution is designed for discretionary funds, hedge funds, super funds, mastertrusts, wraps and high-value wealth portfolios across all asset classes. HiRisk will be implemented into the Australian equities, Australian fixed interest, international equities and fixed interest, listed property trusts and cash areas of its investment portfolios.
Suncorp Investment Management's Strategy and Planning Manager, Kevin Mumford, said in a press release that HiRisk's functional fit and technical sophistication made it an easy choice for Suncorp. "We undertook an extensive tender process involving local and global software suppliers before choosing HiRisk. The implementation of HiRisk with our existing HiPortfolio solution [also a SunCorp product]is part of a new value-at-risk culture for us," he explained in the release.
