Missouri State Employees' Retirement System Outsources to DST International

Missouri Sate Employees' Retirement System (MOSERS) recently implemented HiRisk, DST International's (DSTi) risk management software, which DSTi markets to the investment management industry. MOSERS will use the systems for its portfolio of investments including equity, fixed income and alternative investments. "The HiRisk system is a tool that will allow us to improve risk measurement on behalf of our pensioners in a highly disciplined and quantitative manner across our entire portfolio of investments including, public and private equity, nominal bonds, inflation indexed bonds, credit spreads, currencies, commodities and real estate," said Rick Dahl, MOSERS' CIO, in a statement.
