Credit Suisse announced its equity and fixed income units launched an application for Apple Inc.’s iPad and iPhone, which allows institutional clients to access the firm’s research.
Credit Suisse said the application can be downloaded for free, and enables clients to access research reports that can be located through a search or by subscribing to feeds, which are organized under a range of categories.
“Credit Suisse is committed to delivering cutting edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients,” Tony Ehringer, the managing director and co-head of global securities at Credit Suisse said in a statement. The firm added that the application supports multiple media types and offers clients the convenience of reading research offline by transferring reports to various readers, including iBooks.
