BAML Beefs Up Transaction Services Team with Two Appointments

Bank of America Merrill Lynch announced the hiring of two managing directors, appointments which come as part of the firm's expansion of its global transaction services business.

The company said Bill Borden will take on the role of managing director and head of its North American product solutions segment, while Dennis Sweeney will also be a managing director and a treasury solutions executive.

Both jobs will start in September, Bank of America Merrill Lynch said.

Borden will play a key role in developing and implementing growth strategies, and Sweeney will provide the company's largest clients with advice on best practices and trends related to their treasury platforms, the company said.
