ProTrak International released version 4.0 of its ProTrak Advantage customer relationship management (CRM) solution. Advantage 4.0 adds new functionality as well as enhancements to the search and navigation features that make the systems easier to use, according to the vendor.
New features include automated e-mail folders, more-robust Outlook synching and specialized capabilities for hedge fund processing, such as liquidity tracking, lock-up rules and fee tracking. Additional emphasis has been placed on click removal and the implementation of single-click functionalities wherever applicable, ProTrak says.
"We are confident that both existing and prospective users will find that ProTrak Advantage 4.0 is the most feature-rich and user friendly CRM system available on the market today, for both traditional and alternative investment managers," said Simon Koziel, president of New York-based ProTrak, in a release.
