Kenamea and Protegent Join Forces on Compliance Solutions

Protegent and Kenamea, both financial services technology providers, have teamed up to market new compliance, surveillance and supervision solutions. Protegent has already implemented its own solutions in various institutions, addressing employee ethical practice, surveillance, supervision, compliance, mutual fund fair pricing and the USA PATRIOT Act. Kenamea also has independently employed notification solutions that link back-office systems directly to front-office employees in real-time. Together, they aim to combine their expertise within Protegent's BrokerAudit, AgentAudit and CoreAudit solutions.

"This is a partnership of two creative, nimble and motivated companies looking to provide the best possible solutions to an industry constantly challenged to win and maintain the trust of both regulators and the investing public alike," said David Tilkin, CEO of Protegent, in a press release.
