SIAC Restructures
The Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC), the technology partner of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) has made organizational changes and promotions in an effort to strengthen its development and operational capabilities. Anneke Berken, vice president, will move from the NYSE Market Data Systems, Switching & Order Processing (SWOP) Development and Test Support to NYSE Operations. Stan Prushik, vice president, will be responsible for oversight of NYSE Data Distribution and Market Data Floor Support Systems. The following promotions were also made: Stephen Romano, senior vice president, head of Shared Data Center Services; Francis Feldman, vice president of the newly consolidated area to include Shared Data Center Server Environments and NYSE PC Service Center; Faith Altenhaus-Peyser, vice president, Central Services and Common Software; Karen Halbert, vice president, Development-Trading Engines; Michael Lamberg, vice president, Corporate Information Security and Awareness; Darko Mrakovcic, vice president, Communications Technical Planning and Architecture; Adam Losner, vice president, Internal Audit and James Flynn, vice president, Finance.
