Wilco International, a subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing, Inc, has announced that TD Waterhouse in Australia has commenced live operations on its Order STP order-validation and management system and its SUMMIT broker-client-accounting system. This initial implementation provides TD Waterhouse with full front-to-back office processing for its Australian-domestic-equities operation based in Sydney. Operational processing will be extended in a subsequent phase of implementation.

HelioGraph, a provider of STP and financial messaging, announced the appointment of two individuals to support the company's continued growth. Richard Jinks has been appointed EMEA sales director and Ulrik Lorentzen joins as director of professional services. Jinks previously held senior positions at Thomson Financial ESG, Bloomberg LP and, most recently, Omgeo, where he was responsible for all EMEA sales.

Wilco International, a subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. has acquired German financial-software and services provider ISAM GmbH. ISAM is a private German company based in Frankfurt, with a subsidiary in Prague. ISAM has a portfolio of specialist-software products and services for the German-securities markets, centered on tax processing and reporting, regulatory reporting, and the distribution and presentation of securities and corporate-actions data from Wertpapeirmitteilung. ISAM also provides a SWIFT-accredited service bureau.
