Accurate Software announced that it has successfully secured SWIFTReady Goldaccreditation for Accurate NXG, its Operational Risk Management solution. Accurate NXG has been awarded the 2003 SWIFTReady Gold label for cash and securities reconciliation for the fourth consecutive year. The solution, which is built on four core competencies of reconciliation, exception management, workflow and business intelligence, helps to control risk and optimize efficiency.

XcitekSolutionsPlus, a provider of corporate-actions automation, announced that it has signed an agreement with a Greenwich, Conn.-based hedge fund to license the XSP software solution to automate the processing of its corporate actions. The agreement also includes licensing eTRAN, the Web-based module for notification and response capture of elections. This agreement marks the second hedge fund client signing with XcitekSolutionsPlus this year.

Schwab Institutional, a provider of custodial, operational and trading support for independent fee-based investment advisers, and SunGard Financial Networks, an operating group of SunGard announced that Schwab Institutional has joined the SunGard Transaction Network (STN). As an electronic global network that provides electronic connectivity to automate trade and post-trade messaging, STN helps to enable advisers that use STN, and maintain accounts in custody with Schwab Institutional, to send orders to Schwab real-time.
