Reuters, a global information, news and technology group, announced an agreement with Siebel Systems, Inc. that will enable financial professionals to develop deeper relationships with their clients. Reuters and Siebel Systems will combine their capabilities, information and workflow processes to create customer-specific solutions that will improve the role of technology in managing customer relationships in financial services. The two companies will co-market these solutions to both existing and prospective customers and implement joint customer-led engagements, generated either by Reuters or Siebel Systems.
