StreetFusion, a financial event information network, is entering into a multi-year agreement with the financial e-marketplace Multex.com. According to the deal, Multex, whose system brings together buyers and sellers of financial services, will market and distribute StreetFusion's suite of online applications, financial event information, and live and archived webcasts to the corporations, professional and individual investors that use Multex's products. StreetFusion's applications and financial events information will be incorporated into all Multex's business lines, including its ASP, B2B and B2C services.

SunGard and Advent Software Inc, will collaborate on a plan to consolidate positions and transactions across institutions for asset managers and independent financial advisors. SunGard will aggregate data held on its different trust and custody systems and make it available to Advent TrustedNetwork on client request. Advent TrustedNetwork enables financial institutions to deliver cross-institutional, consolidated views of their clients' portfolios over the Internet which can then be shared between investors and their financial advisors.

Spectra Securities Software, provider of wealth management software to brokerage, banking and insurance companies has completed the implementation of its Spectra Portfolio system at Hartley Poynton, an Australian-based full-service brokerage firm. Spectra Portfolio will be used to centralize information available to its investment advisors across Australia and provide them access to nine different Hartley Poynton back office systems. The consolidation seeks to eliminate the re-keying of data and reduce the time and cost associated with managing customer assets.

Princeton Financial Systems has been ranked the number one mutual fund system provider in Securities Data Publishing's annual Fund Accounting Service Guide for the third year in a row. The PAM software is used for mutual funds accounting systems though a Windows NT-based environment. It supports the full range of mutual funds portfolios, including multi-class funds, multi-currency securities, equities, fixed income and derivatives. The software is currently used by a number of companies including Lord Abbett, INVESCO, MainStay Funds, First Investors.
