Frank H. Lallos is the new Director of Product Development in ByAllAccounts. ByAllAccounts develops account aggregation and portfolio management tools and is stationed in Massachusetts. Mr. Lallos will assist in developing analytical applications for ByAllAccounts' advanced aggregation platform. He was previously the president of Online Brokerage Solutions, Inc.

Bremer Associates, Inc. and PowerShare, Inc. have co-signed a technology partnership agreement allowing PowerShare to deploy their Global Order Routing GatewayTM solution with Bremer Associate's DIGMAS(r) data transformation engine. For the securities industries, this agreement will create a highly developed order routing solution.

Wiesenberger, Thomson Financial Information and UpTick Data Technologies have created a strategic alliance and will supply multi-page comprehensive reports on mutual funds. The reports will feature computer-generated commentary on the performance of every mutual fund, its risk and holdings. This is the first of this type of report, which Wiesenberger intends to distribute to financial institutions.

ADP (Automatic Data Processing) Brokerage Services Group has announced a major development in ADP's Fund Administration business. Hedge Funds, Funds of Funds and other Alternative Asset Managers will be permitted to outsource their entire back-office operations and accounting functions, greatly diminishing the charge to process these transactions.
