Prudential Investments' Managed Accounts Consulting Group has licensed CheckFree M-Pact; Two buy-side firms implement Indata solutions.

Prudential Investments' Managed Accounts Consulting Group has licensed CheckFree M-Pact. The solution, from Jersey City, N.J.-based CheckFree Investment Services, automates and streamlines the separately managed-accounts sales, advisory and proposal processes.

The Web-based application has been customized by Prudential. The companies worked together to incorporate the Prudential Managed Assets Advisory Platform, its suite of tools and services for its third-party financial representatives. The solution has gone live at selected distribution channels, and offers the ability to generate investment proposals, and research and analyze strategies for separate accounts, mutual funds and exchange-traded funds.

In addition, the M-Pact/MAAP integration supports asset allocation and consulting by offering analysis, comparison and combination for multiple products.

At least we can admire the nice weather and some of the best quotes of the week.
