Innovest Systems, LLC, a financial-technology firm specializing in trust accounting and reporting services, announced that Matrix Capital Bank ("Matrix"), a subsidiary of Matrix Bancorp, Inc., a unitary-thrift-holding company, has selected the Innovest Systems solution as a platform to support Matrix's trust operations. The Innovest system will allow Matrix trust managers to account for and report on assets in trust accounts more easily and cost-effectively. Under the terms of the agreement, the Innovest Systems solution will maintain accounts with an aggregate-asset value of several billion dollars beginning in 2002 and throughout the agreement.
Global Investment Systems (GIS), an investment-industry-software company, announced that Pekao Financial Services, Sp. z o.o, a subsidiary of Bank Pekao SA Poland, which in turn is a subsidiary of Unicredito Italiano, has chosen MSHARE for its shareholder accounting and administration. Pekao Financial Services is the leading third-party provider of transfer-agency services in Poland, currently handling about one-third of the domestic- mutual-fund market, including funds managed by Pioneer Pekao Investment Management.

TransactTools, provider of a complete platform for messaging connectivity, announced that West LB Panmure Limited has chosen ttCERT to test its internal-connectivity infrastructure. ttCERT currently certifies over 650 FIX connections globally, but TransactTools helped West LB Panmure explore the technologies' power and flexibility. In preparing for the future, West LB Panmure is using ttCERT for stress- and load-volume testing in order to ensure that their architecture will be able to handle future volume and load increases.
JPMorgan Investor Services Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) announced the appointment of Mariagrazia Polo as sales executive for Italy effective immediately. Mariagrazia brings with her sales experience and market knowledge that will strengthen the sales group's efforts in this strategic market for EMEA. Mariagrazia was previously with The Bank of New York, London, where she was responsible for selling securities-processing services in Italy and Greece.
