Great American Advisors to Launch New Fee-Based Advisory Platform

Great American Advisors announced today its launch of the Great American Portfolio Strategies Program, a fee-based advisory platform based on managed account platform technology and investment management services from FundQuest. Great American Advisors, a full-service broker-dealer and subsidiary of American Financial Group, will provide the advisory program to its 630 investment representatives.

The program provides clients with an array of products including mutual fund wrap accounts, mutual fund portfolios and separately managed accounts.

"There is a continuously growing demand with our advisors for fee-based business," according to Maureen Johnson, director of operations, Great American Advisors. "We wanted a platform that allows advisors to offer a wide array of investment options addressing specific client needs."
