Paul Donnelly was named managing director of Brown Brothers Harriman Trustee Services. He previously held the same position with Barings for nine years.

James Tilley, former CIO at Morgan Stanley, has been named to the insurance industry advisory board at DFA Capital Management.

Anthony Iorio was appointed to the newly created position of CIO of global infrastructure and operations for the enterprise technology group at Marsh. His duties include maintaining the company's global computing and network infrastructure as well as information security.

BGC Partners appointed Sal Trani as executive managing director. He will oversee the corporate, credit default swap, mortgage-backed securities and equity derivatives desks.
