The words "Reputable" and "Tweeting" (or in fact any other kind of internet commenting) definitely haven't belonged together for many years.

By incorporating sentiment analysis, Thomson Reuters is picking up on the wisdom of the crowd. As for reputable Tweeters, there are many John Does out there, so weighting their inputs with the more reputable Tweeters could give this service an edge.

'Reputable' Tweeters? In this example, I'm guessing 'John Doe' is the reputable one, since CNN threw it's reputation out the window long ago: ;)
