FXall, the electronic currency trading and research platform, has formed a partnership with FNX Ltd., a provider of Internet distributed FX and derivatives trading and STP technology to the global capital markets. FNX will integrate into the FXall platform its Sierra Suite of real-time risk, processing and settlement services to provide FXall with an STP environment and back-office infrastructure. The integration will help FXall focus on its mission to offer a network where FX traders can enter orders online, route them, and monitor execution status.

The Global Investor Services division of Chase Manhattan Bank has been chosen by the Commonwealth of Virginia Treasury Department to be the custodian of its $6.5 billion in assets. Chase will provide the department with custody, accounting, valuation, securities lending, performance measurement, compliance, Internet technology through Chase WorkSpace and account record keeping starting December 1. The Commonwealth of Virginia Treasury Department is comprised of the assets of the State of Virginia Treasury, the Virginia Lottery and the Local Government Investment Pool.

Global Investment Systems, an investment industry software company, has signed ATC Trustees (Cayman) Limited as their newest MFACT client. MFACT is a mutual fund accounting and administration system for organizations that perform portfolio and financial accounting and reporting for mutual funds and unit trusts. The software is designed for "in-house" operations and is particularly suited for funds that must compute a Net Asset Value (NAV). The Grand Cayman office of ATC has contracted to use MFACT as one of its fund accounting and administration systems.

SS&C Technologies will host its second annual Tech Expo 2001 on Thursday December 7, 2000 at 499 Park Avenue in New York City. The expo is a private technology exhibition that enables institutional asset managers and hedge funds to view the company's full suite of investment management systems and services. The event will feature new product offerings from SS&C, including how SS&C leverages the internet as an extension of the investment managers network for the purpose of information access, retrieval and reporting.
