Tamalpais Asset Management Selects Lindata’s Hedge Fund Solution

Linedata Services announced that Tamalpais Asset Management (TAM) selected its hedge fund solution FundManager.

Tamalpais is a California based hedge fund specializing in global convertible bond investing with AUM of 160 million.

"In this dynamic market environment, protecting clients' assets has become paramount. TAM needed a business solution that would allow us to manage risk across multiple prime brokers and derivative counterparties," Darren Huber, CFO of Tamalpais Asset Management said in a release, where he explained his companies decision to select FundManager.

Tamalpais will use FundManager to help manage the risk of its entire portfolio, including credit, equity, volatility and interest rate hedges.

In addition, Tamalpais can view P&L, on a cost basis with exposures on each position, aggregated on a deal by deal basis, by prime broker holdings, or even across the entire portfolio, Linedata said.
