Algorithmics to hold its annual Algorithmics Risk Conference; "Practical Considerations in Measuring Economic Capital" to be the theme for the next ERisk iConference.

Algorithmics will be holding its annual Algorithmics Risk Conference May 8th -11th at The Banff Springs Hotel in Alberta, Canada. The conference will feature keynote speaker Charles Smithson, managing partner of Rutter Associates and member of the Board of Directors of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA). He will speak on the current issues, emerging trends and future opportunities in the world of risk management. "Practical Considerations in Measuring Economic Capital" is the theme for the next ERisk iConference which will be held on Wednesday, April 11 at noon EST/5 p.m. London time. Algorithmics Incorporated has announced that RBC Dominion Securities Inc. has chosen the Algorithmics' Sentry product and their reconciliation module, to manage its collateral in the Toronto and New York offices. The Sentry product records and tracks collateral contract information and computes margin call requirements and is currently in production at global financial institutions.
