Wachovia Chooses Optinfo for Exception Management

Wachovia Securities has chosen Optinfo's Enterprise Exception Management Suite, Enterprise EMS, to improve efficiency. Wachovia's accounts and transactions surged after the integration of Prudential Securities and it needed a way to efficiently manage exceptions across the enterprise. Bill Davis, Director of Wachovia Securities' Mutual Fund Operations, states in the press release that he believes Enterprise EMS "will allow us to easily track performance metrics and handle exceptions quickly, reducing risk and increasing customer satisfaction." Davis views the EMS Suite as relatively inexpensive yet high performing, and believes the system will allow Wachovia to cheaply and efficiently process more information at a faster rate than before.
