Founded seven years ago as the only brand dedicated to the needs and issues that are most important to buy side traders, today Advanced Trading is relaunching as the industry's only community focused on serving the needs of innovative traders.

With over 6,000 buy-side traders as part of the community, AdvancedTrading.com is the only place where traders can interact and share ideas on some of the most important issues they face every day.

Notably, the new community has some features that can't be found anywhere else. We have gathered a unique panel of Thought Leaders -- industry experts from a variety of trading organizations -- to drive the discussion and help the community tackle complex topics, such as regulation, market structure, compliance, transaction cost analysis (TCA), the OMS/EMS debate, financial reporting, and much more. Each day, Advanced Trading's Thought Leaders will add their own commentary to some of the most important issues of the day. You can find profiles of all of our Thought Leaders here.

In addition to the Thought Leaders, all community members are invited to speak up and join the discussion, through Advanced Trading's easy to use content tool that allows community members to submit their own content. Members can also provide feedback by commenting on each others' content directly on the site.

Finally, Advanced Trading's award winning editors will still be covering the markets, reporting the day's news and providing the in-depth analysis that has won Advanced Trading numerous awards over the past seven years. Advanced Trading's editors offer a combined 50 years of financial services editorial expertise that you won't find at any other community.

Take the new Advanced Trading Community for a test drive and let me know what you think. Feel free to contact me directly at gregory.macsweeney@ubm.com with your critiques, suggestions or comments. We'll take your feedback and help Advanced Trading evolve and grow, just like it has since it started seven years ago.

Enjoy, and I hope to see you in the community.
