Linedata Services has inked a deal with Morval Bank & Trust Cayman, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Swiss Private Bank Banque Morval, owned by Morval Vonwiller Holding, which will add the complete Linedata accounting suite. This Linedata suite includes the integrated MShare and MPartner solution, the only integrated transfer agency and partnership accounting solution in the market, and MFact, an easy-to-use global fund accounting solution. Morval Bank and Trust Cayman has outgrown their current solution and the Linedata suite will allow them to grow its business and add new types of funds to their portfolio.

"Linedata's platform allows us to work with the largest and most complex funds without tapping the capacity of the system," said Alessandro Gysin, managing director, Cayman Operations, in a press release. "Linedata's tools will have a major impact as we continue to grow our business," he added. The software will be used out of the Cayman office and will be used to support back-office systems for all of their private trust customers. "We are delighted to have been chosen by one of the world's top private banking organizations to support its global business," said Peter Muldoon, executive vice president at Linedata Services, Hackensack, in a press release. "We look forward to working with Morval to optimize the inherent value in using all three of our back-office products so that they can achieve even greater success," he said.
