Peregrine Financial Group hired Lisa Kalamaras as forex treasurer. Kalamaras spent the last year as foreign exchange settlements supervisor for Man FX Clear (Chicago).

Wealth manager Reliance Financial Corp. named Steve Randolph president and COO of its Reliance Integrated Solutions (RIS) subsidiary, which provides back-office processing and technology solutions. Randolph joined Reliance in February to oversee the acquisition of RIS from SunGard Data Systems.

Sir Nigel Wicks was selected by the Boards of Euroclear plc and Euroclear SA/NV to succeed A. Chris Tupker as chairman. Wicks previously was deputy chairman.
