Bonaire Software Releases Revport for Invoice Reconciliation

The software enables fund managers, fund distributors and fund administrators to simplify and automate the process of reconciling invoices from different intermediaries.

Bonaire Software Solutions, LLC has rolled out an enhanced version of Revport, the firm’s solution for fund managers, distributors and fund administrators that need to simplify and automate the intermediary invoice reconciliation process.

Many fund companies distribute their funds through multiple intermediaries with complex payout terms, which are difficult to reconcile, according to Bonaire. Revport enables firms to calculate the distribution fees and compare them to invoices received from their distribution partners and quickly reconciles any variances. By automating the invoice reconciliation process, fund firms are able to produce audit trails on how fund rebates were calculated, which in turn, allows fund companies to insure accuracy and faster payout of the feeds to their intermediary partners.

“Fund companies and administrators have been searching for a solution like Bonaire’s, comments Chris John, Bonaire’s CEO in today’s release. “Revport allows managers to reconcile fees at multiple levels which ultimately leads to minimizing costs and paying fees owed more efficiently.”

Firms can also utilize Bonaire’s Empower BI software to measure the efficiency, value/cost ratio and profitability of their distributor relationships. As a result, fund companies and administrators are now able to both ensure the accuracy of their fund rebate payouts and pursue their most profitable distribution partners.
