Agiliance, a provider of integrated governance, risk and compliance (GRC), has entered into a joint business relationship with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), which calls for the joint marketing, sales and delivery of solutions that help to automate customers' manual processes for meeting increasingly stringent government and industry mandates.

Agiliance and PwC are leveraging the synergy of the PwC domain experience in GRC, internal controls, and information security consulting services and Agiliance's technology for the open, scalable delivery of GRC automation.

Agiliance RiskVision's purpose-built platform includes five key GRC applications: compliance management, enterprise risk management, vendor risk management, incident management, policy management and a growing number of integrated solutions, including data privacy management and threat and vulnerability management.

The RiskVision platform offers technologies such as a common control framework, an assessment automation engine, a risk aware asset database and key risk indicator dashboards.

These technologies have been optimized for simplified integration with partners such as PwC and for companies who want to deploy a scalable GRC program using a continuous, risk-centric approach, the release said.
