11. Prime Location
The Intergate.Manhattan data center is located in a prime location in lower Manhattan, at 375 Pearl Street. The building, a former Verizon property and switching tower that was built in 1975, is located near the Brooklyn Bridge and on the same block as 1 Police Plaza, the headquarters for the NYPD.
