Georgia Institute of Technology

Georgia Tech in Atlanta is a national and international leader in scientific and technological research and education. The Computational Science and Engineering department, found within the College of Computing, has close ties to other disciplines, such as computer science, mathematics, science and engineering. Sub-fields of the CSE discipline include high-performance computing, data analytics and machine learning, visualization, modeling and simulation, and numerical and discrete algorithms.

Degrees: Georgia Tech's College of Computing awards bachelor's degrees in computer science and computational media (jointly with the School of Literature, Communication and Culture), master's degrees in computer science and information security, and doctoral degrees in computer science and human-centered computing, among other multidisciplinary degrees.
