* Credit Lyonnais Securities Inc. implements SunGard's STN Settlements to manage real-time trade messaging; Commerzbank Securities begins to use HelioGraph's eVent; OppenheimerFunds selects JPMorgan Investor Services as a service provider for their mutual-fund assets.

SunGard Securities Processing, an operating group of SunGard, announced that Credit Lyonnais Securities (USA) Inc. has implemented SunGard's STN Settlements to manage real-time trade messaging between the Phase3 securities-processing system and SWIFT/Euroclear for both U.S. and foreign securities. STN Settlements is an automated clearance and settlement service that consolidates and controls multiple messaging interfaces on a single platform, connecting custodians, broker/dealers, banks and futures-commission merchants to custodians, depositories and clearing institutions.

HelioGraph, a provider of STP services, announced that Commerzbank Securities has begun use of eVent, HelioGraph's global corporate-actions-automation solution. The bank went live the week before last, following six weeks of User Acceptance Testing. eVent is the fully ISO15022-compliant solution for end-to-end lifetime management of corporate actions. From initial announcement capture and data cleansing through browser-based decision gathering to final reconciliation of entitlements and post-event completion processes, eVent aims to reduce risk, cut cost and increase efficiency.

JPMorgan Investor Services announced that it has been selected, after a competitive bid process, by OppenheimerFunds, Inc. as a service provider for their mutual-fund assets. OppenheimerFunds is one of the largest mutual-fund companies in the industry. Under the mandate awarded, JPMorgan will provide a wide range of services to over $35 billion in OppenheimerFund assets.
