Wilco International, a subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., has announced the global delivery of its ISO 15022 Swift solution for the Gloss range of products. Wilco's ISO 15022 solution is being delivered on an outsourcing basis through Wilco's Gloss service bureau, and also on an on-site implementation basis. Delivery is taking place globally across Wilco's customer base in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

CheckFree Financial and Compliance Solutions, a business unit within CheckFree Corporation, and Syllog, Inc. announced a partnership to create an interface from CheckFree's RECON Securities system to SYLLOG SWIFT Service Bureau (SSB) solution, a way to interconnect financial institutions for securities trading and processing using the international SWIFT network.

Mercator Software, Inc. announced that it is reporting preliminary second-quarter revenue of approximately $27 million, in line with previous guidance of $27.4 million. License revenue is expected to be approximately $10.8 million, representing a sequential increase of approximately 14 percent. The company said it expects to post a pro forma loss per share between 10 and 12 cents.
