Bridge and Microsoft have teamed up to launch BridgeInform, a pre and post trade financial analysis tool. BridgeInform will be available to Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server users through Web Parts and will include access to BridgeNews LiveWire as well as equity market analysis, cross market screen and security specific activity sheets. Bridge will also continue to extend BridgeInform to cover all components for pre and post trade equity analysis. Bridge also announced that Charles Schwab will offer its BridgeNews Bulletins for Business service on Web-enabled phones via Schwab PocketBroker, the firm's wireless trading device. BridgeNews Bulletins provide details of major company events and announcements and includes access to world financial developments and economic policy news.

HyperFeed has acquired Marketscreen.com, a provider of stock screens for financial resource providers such as online brokerages, investment firms and financial portals. With the acquisition, HyperFeed plans to enhance its existing products by offering analytical tools designed for the institutional market place directly to individual consumers through its PC Quote.com subsidiary. PC Quote.com also announced a new strategy for providing individuals with tools to manage their portfolio investments during up and down markets. Marketscreen will continue to operate in the San Francisco Bay area and St. Petersburg, Russia.
