Nancy Grady, a former Wipro Technologies executive, has joined Northern Trust as head of Fund Administration and Fund Accounting-Americas.
In her new role, Grady will oversee fund accounting, regulatory administration, financial reporting, tax and other services for registered and unregistered mutual fund products.
Grady has more than 25 years of experience in fund accounting and administration, according to a press release from Northern Trust. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Grady was Global Head of Custody & Fund Accounting Advisory Services at WIPRO Technologies. Prior to joining Wipro, she was a senior executive at State Street, overseeing operations responsible for providing accounting and fund services to asset management firms on a global basis.

Northern Trust's Global Fund Services business provides custody, fund administration and investment operations outsourcing solutions to investment managers worldwide. As of September 30, 2012, Northern Trust had assets under custody of $4.8 trillion, and assets under investment management of $749.7 billion.
