8. Job Security
IT workers in banking feel more secure in their jobs in 2012 than they have in a number of years, according to the survey. In 2012, 39% of workers indicated they felt "very secure" in their present job, while in 2010, only 30% felt the same way. Meanwhile, the number of workers who felt insecure dropped to 13% in 2012, from 16% in 2010.
