Specialized IT skills remain in short supply and are demanding a premium in the marketplace. Here are 10 highlights from the 2012 Salary Survey.

This year's survey had a lot of IT veterans providing their responses. Managers had an average of 20 years of IT experience, while IT staff respondents had an average of 16 years.
