3. Total Compensation
Total compensation, which includes base salary and bonus, is up from 2010 for both IT staff and managers. Management respondents expect to earn $117,000 this year (up from $113,000 in 2010) and IT staff expect to bring home $99,000 (up from $89,000 in 2010).
