Debra Walton is Chief Content Officer at Thomson Reuters, leading a team of 4,000+ employees across the globe that are responsible for setting the strategy and managing the operations of Thomson Reuters vast data and intelligent information resources. She has been a member of the Thomson Reuters Senior Management team since 2003 and has held a number of roles across the company including Sales, Marketing Strategy and Product Development. Debra is also an executive sponsor of the Thomson Reuters Women's Network.

Prior to Thomson Reuters, Debra held senior executive roles at Cantor Fitzgerald, Nucleus Financial and Dow Jones Telerate. She is involved in a number of financial industry and community-based organizations including the Women's Refugee Commission – a non-profit organization serving refugee women and children globally and Springboard, a New York based non-profit which brings together entrepreneurs, investors and industry experts to help women bring their business plans to market and realize their dreams.
